PRIVACY POLICY
What we collect
This website collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. When you submit it we receive the name, email address and message you enter, plus the date and time of submission.
There is no advertising, no third-party analytics script and no behavioural tracking on this site. We set no cookies for marketing or profiling purposes, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
Why we store it
Solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a project. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries we have been sent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are retained for as long as needed for that relationship and any legal or accounting obligation that follows it.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Beecodex, other than the providers that process data on our instruction: our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, and Google for the tag management and analytics described above. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email hello@beecodex.com and we will action the request within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting stored enquiries will be communicated to the affected people by email.
