// DETAIL
One job on Black Friday
A storefront has one job on Black Friday: stay up and take money. Everything we build for ecommerce is organised around that afternoon — product pages that are readable before any script runs, a checkout with as few steps as the payment provider allows, and stock and order sync that fails loudly at 2am instead of silently.
Speed is revenue
On a storefront, every hundred milliseconds of delay is measurable in conversion. We build catalogue and product pages as static-first documents with interactive parts isolated, so a product page is readable before any JavaScript has executed.
Integrations that do not break at 2am
Stock, pricing and order sync fail eventually. We make those flows idempotent, observable and retryable, with alerting that names the failing job rather than a generic 500.
Replatforming
We migrate catalogue, customers, orders and URLs with a redirect map, so search rankings survive the move.
3D product views, where they earn their weight
Interactive 3D and configurators convert well on considered purchases — furniture, equipment, anything customised before it is bought — and waste bandwidth on everything else. We build them with the same 3D web practice used across the studio: loaded on demand after the product page is interactive, capability-gated, with a still image as the guaranteed baseline. If the numbers do not justify it for your catalogue, we will say so before it is scoped.
// QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED
Which platforms do you migrate from?
Most often WooCommerce, Magento and Shopify, in that order. The process is the same regardless: catalogue, customers, orders and — above all — URLs, mapped before anything moves.
Will we lose rankings in a replatform?
Not if the redirect map is complete and tested, which is why it is a deliverable rather than a checklist item. We verify every old URL resolves before launch and watch Search Console for a month after.
Can you integrate with our ERP?
Yes. Stock, pricing and order flows are built idempotent and observable, so a failed sync names the job that failed rather than showing a generic error.
