// DETAIL
Stock drifts wherever recording it is slower than moving it. So the handheld is the truth, and it works in the corner with no signal.
Accuracy is a workflow problem
Stock drifts when the recording step is slower than the physical step. We design around scanning: receive, move, pick and count on a handheld, working offline, syncing when signal returns.
Multi-location
Locations, bins, transfers in flight and reserved stock modelled explicitly, so available-to-sell is a calculation rather than a guess.
The constraint
Signal in a warehouse is the constraint that decides the architecture. If the handheld has to reach a server to record a movement, stock accuracy is capped by the weakest corner of the building — so the device holds the truth locally, queues it, and reconciles on reconnection. That decision drives everything else: conflict rules, reservation semantics, and what a picker is allowed to do while offline. Delivered with mobile and ecommerce engineering.
Integrations
Two-way sync with your storefront and finance system, with conflict rules decided in advance and a reconciliation report you can act on.
